By commissioning my artistic services, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read these carefully - I’ve kept them as short as I can.

PAYMENT

Payment is required in full upfront (unless otherwise agreed) in £GBP (NO Cryptocurrencies) through PayPal or Bank Transfer only.

Once I begin your commission, I cannot offer refunds.

If for any reason I find myself unable to complete your commission, I will refund you the payment in full regardless of work completed.

MY COPYRIGHT

I retain all copyrights over my work. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed. 

I will respect any request to not publicly post a finished commission.

I cannot and will not claim your pet/intellectual property, or reuse/resell commissioned images for personal and commercial projects unless otherwise agreed.

I reserve the right to reject a commission prior to payment.

I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs)

YOUR COPYRIGHT

Your commissioned piece is yours! You can use it for any personal use that you please, including printing, icons, signatures, wallpapers, etc.

You may post/repost your finished piece anywhere online as long as I am appropriately credited. 

You may not claim the work to be your own, edit it, or redistribute it commercially. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.

You may not resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrency

THE PROCESS (Standard Commissions)

1.  When you’re ready to request a commission, contact me to express your interest or ask for a more precise quote.

2. I will get back to you to request reference images and any additional information.

3. Once I am ready to begin your commission, I will send you a confirmation email containing a PayPal invoice.

4. After full payment is received, I will begin working on your commission. I will be in contact throughout the process to make sure the piece is moving as you would like. I will do my best to accommodate any feedback!

5. When I feel the piece is finished, I will send you a ‘test’ image of the final piece to confirm you are 100% happy.

6. I will then send you several size image files of your piece. The original full size .png which is ideal for canvas printing, a smaller half size .png for paper prints, and a lower resolution .jpg file for online posting. The commission is considered closed once these files are sent.
